  • Roasted topside of beef cooked rare served with horesradish creme fraiche sauce.
  • Poached cornfed chicken breast in a smoked tomato and garlic dressing.
  • Poached chicken in yogurt style dressing with toasted pine nuts and fresh tarragon.
  • Moroccan Roasted spiced salmon served with a homemade harrisa style mayonnaise.
  • Poached salmon fillets served with a homemade lemon and dill mayonnaise,garnish with king prawns.
  • Whole poached chicken in a mild curry sauce with fresh mango,corriander and pomogranite seeds.
  • Pork,bacon and peppercorn terrine served with chutney
  • Filo tart with fresh spinach,ricotta,feta and pine nuts.

  • Walnut and goat cheese salad with puy lentils,rocket,and sundried tomatoes.
  • Summer coleslaw with shredded white cabbage,carrot,fennel in a yogurt style dressing
  • Greek style salad with tomatoes,cucumber,feta,marinated red onion and black olives
  • Spiced chickpeas with summer vegetables.
  • Orizo pasta salad with fresh basil,cherry tomatoes,cucumber,and black olives.

 Potato dishes

  • Crushed English new potato salad with parsley,mint,shallots and chives in a mustard style dressing.
  • Little salt crusted jacket potatoes filled with sour cream and fresh chives served warm.
  • Roasted baby potatoes with garlic,bay and lemon.
