      All our canapés are made by hand using fresh seasonal ingredients

      Our minimum order is 5 canapés choices for delivery-only service

Vegetarian 

  • Bruschetta topped with Summer vegetables and whipped feta. (v)
  • Bruschetta topped with roasted tomatoes, mozzarella and basil   
  • Bruschetta topped with roasted sunblushed tomatoes and ricotta cheese 
  • Crostini tartlets with gorgonzola, roasted pear, and toasted pecan.
  • Crostini tartlets with roasted beetroot, redcurrant jelly, and crème fraiche

  • Bruschetta with roasted mushroom pate and toasted walnuts

Fish and shellfish

  • Smoked salmon and dill tartlets.
  • Buckwheat blinis topped with smoked trout, crème fraiche and caviar 
  • Mini choux filled with fresh crab meat, coriander, and lime * premium ingredient 
  • crostini tarlets filled with gravlax and finished with sour cream and prawns

Chicken

  • Mini-tandoori chicken skewers served with a fresh mango sauce
  • Mini harrisa-style chicken skewers served with a lemon Greek yogurt dip

  • Salt beef and creamy horseradish tartlets
  • Mini Yorkshire puddings topped with rare roast beef and horseradish (served Warm)

  • Mini-skewered sausages with a honey and mustard glaze
  • Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto with lemon mayonnaise  (seasonal  May-June)
  • Parmesan, chorizo and cheddar straws
  • Venison and pork risssoles with a mustard mayonnaise
