Force Majeure
Page and Moyse shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to provide services as a result of any act or circumstances beyond our resonable control.Including but not limited to Act Of God, pandemic,legislation,fire,drought,bad weather,failure of power at venue,strike or cancellation at venue or premises owner.in the unlikley event your event is cancelled by Force Majeure you shall be libale for costs incured to date.
Complaints
In the unlikley event of a complaint, the client should raise this in writing to page and Moyse catering with a full explanation of the issue ,within 7 days of the event.This will be acknowledged within 48 working hrs and we will provide further investigation if required.
Cancellations for weddings / Large Events 50 or more guests
50 % deposit required for bookings
The following terms apply for whatever reason you have to cancel your booking
4 weeks prior to your event date - amount due from client 100% of total costs invoiced
8 weeks prior to your event date - amount due from client 50%
20 weeks prior to event date - amount due by client loss of deposit
Buisness Lunch cancellations /Ammendments
Cancellations and ammendments by 10.00am the day prior to delivery via email
Payment is required within 28 days following delivery on receipt of invoice
Charges may be applied for a late payment .fee of 8%, plus bank of Englad base rate
For lunch orders over 30 we will require a 50% deposit to secure the booking
None payment prior to any event booking may be taken as a cancellation and the charges above will be applied accordingly
You also may be liable for costs incurred for hire of goods from third party suppliers
Page and Moyse will try to reduce costs for you where possible
All cancellations need to be made in writing to Page and Moyse catering
Event Insurance
We recommend our clients consider getting adequate event Insuarnce
Public Liability Insurance
Page and Moyse catering confirm they have and will maintain sufficent Public Liability Insurance for Events
A copy of our certificate is available on Request
These terms and condtions do not affect your Statutory Rights
